Full time Annual Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000

National Behavioral Care is currently seeking a Clinical Director to head our Central Coast division. This location serves San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
-Oversee clinical activities for all cases within the division.
-Manage/conduct employee trainings.
-Monitor all direct and indirect hours within the division.
-Provide clinical support to staff as needed.
-Conduct report revisions and provide case consultation to clinical supervisors.
-Collaborate with funding sources to increase effectiveness of behavioral services and meet regulatory requirements.
-Support direct staff in case of emergencies (outside of working hours) if needed.
-Attend conferences and educational workshops on evidence-based practices.
-Coordinate community outreach and job fair activities as well as develop/conduct workshops for the community
-Conduct interviews and other hiring processes.
-Other duties may be assigned as needed.
-Graduate degree in Psychology or related fields.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and/or implementing Applied Behavior Analysis procedures, with at least 2 of which at a supervisory position.
-Computer knowledge and ability to input data into mobile devices such as mobile phones or tablets.
-Ability to write clear and concise reports that follow predetermined requirements.
-Ability to supervise a team of therapist and supervisors and provide professional direction.
-Ability to support your team in case of emergencies.
-Commitment to helping children and their families.
-Ability to provide proof of TB clearance and pass a criminal background check.
-Ability to reliably travel to the clients’ homes as needed.
-Previous experience working with regional centers and/or insurance companies on ABA cases.
-Ability to speak Spanish.
-CPI certified Trainer
