Title: ABA Clinical Director in Training
Program length: 6-12 months (this may vary depending on performance and internal evaluation).
Training Location: California Central Coast, Santa Barbara County (Santa Maria)
Compensation: $48K – $80K

NBC is currently looking for exemplary Behavior Analysts who would like to advance their knowledge and career in pursuing a Division Clinical Director position.
Clinical Director Trainees will have Clinical Supervisor duties, and participate in Clinical Director trainings and meetings, as well as shadow current Director activities. Successful trainees will be assigned to locations in the Central Coast, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Orange County. Exemplary trainees may be given the opportunity to open and head an agency at their desired location.

Clinical Director Trainee duties:
-Design and supervise client individualized intervention plan.
-Supervise Behavioral Interventionists/Therapists in implementing behavioral intervention plans.
-Ensure accuracy of data recorded by Behavioral Interventionists.
-Prepare progress reports following predetermined requirements.
-Provide insight and recommendation to management regarding assigned cases.
-Shadow and assist assigned Director.
-Provide leadership and professional guidance to supervisees as well as general National Behavioral Care staff.
-Attend internal and external workshops.
-Maintain client’s confidentiality.
-Attend professional meetings with county and school district official.
-Provide group and one-on-one Parent Training sessions.
-Train Behavioral Interventionists/therapists.
-Analyze and present agency/team performance to National Behavioral Care directors.
-Attend required national and international conferences.
-Communicate case needs to insurance case managers.
-Support your team in case of emergencies (outside of working hours) if needed.
-Maintain a reliable communication channel for after hours emergencies.
-Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:
-Must provide proof of TB clearance and pass a comprehensive background check.
-Graduate degree in Psychology or related fields, and BCBA certification.
-Previous 1 year experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families as a supervisor.
-Computer knowledge and ability to input data into mobile devices such as mobile phones or tablets.
-Ability to write clear and concise reports that follow predetermined requirements.
-Ability to supervise a team of Behavioral Interventionists.
-Ability to support your team in case of emergencies.
-Commitment to helping children and their families (demonstrated in previous work/academic history).

Preferred:
-Long standing relationships with regional centers and insurance companies.
-2 year experience as a Clinical Director for a Behavioral agency.
-BCBA-D certification.
-Ability to speak Spanish.
